    • There is no charge for exchanges.
    • Customer pays to ship exchange(s) to Blue Surfer Girl.  Blue Surfer Girl pays to ship new exchanged item(s) back to customer.

    RETURNS

    Please read ALL of the following:

    • We offer FREE RETURNS. We also take care of returns for a refund to your original method of payment (ie. credit card). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Merchandise must NOT have been WORN, WASHED or ALTERED; and MUST HAVE ORIGINAL HANG TAG ATTACHED.
    • If you would like to return an item, please email hello@bluesurfergirl.com, quoting your order #, within thirty (30) days from the date of receiving your order, so we can issue a Return Authorization # and a USPS return shipping label.
    • Please follow return instructions and do not send back without receiving shipping instructions.
    • There is no restocking fee for leggings, sports bras or shorts.

    • All returns are processed no more than 2-3 business days.

    REFUNDS

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and will confirm if we are able to process your full refund.

    We will refund the price of your item, including any taxes you were charged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Refunds will be processed as soon as possible but no more than 1-3 business days upon receipt of your item(s) and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

    If you haven’t received a refund after five business days, first contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is posted.

    • We currently ship from Texas. The closer you are to us, the faster your shipping time will be.

    When will my order ship out?  We hand make our items to order.  During busier times we require 2-6 business days to complete an order.

    Will I receive tracking information?  Yes, when your order ships out you will receive an email with your tracking information.  Please keep an eye on your spam folder.

    Why haven’t I received my tracking information?  Please allow up to 6 business days for us to complete your order.  If it has been longer than 6 business days, and you have checked your spam folder, then please email us at hello@bluesurfergirl.com. and we will resend your tracking.

Best birthday present ever!

I received this legging as a gift for my birthday this year. I waited more than a couple of months to write this review ;) As I wanted to make absolutely sure that this was the love from the first sight. They are soft, supportive, comfortable to wear at the gym to move freely, and stylish to wear with a sweater to run your errands. I wash them on a delicate cycle, and sometimes guilty of throwing with the rest of my laundry to dry. Still in perfect condition. Thank you, Blue Surfer Girl
