EXCHANGES 


Need to exchange your fitness apparel from Blue Surfer Girl?

Please read ALL of the following:

  • Items can be exchanged for an alternative size within 30 days of when your order was shipped out.  (During the holiday season we make exceptions beyond 30 days if items are unused.)
  • Merchandise must NOT have been WORN, WASHED or ALTERED; and MUST HAVE ORIGINAL HANG TAG ATTACHED.
  • There is no charge for exchanges.
  • Customer pays to ship exchange(s) to Blue Surfer Girl.  Blue Surfer Girl pays to ship new exchanged item(s) back to customer.
  • Customer must include a note in the package stating the name on the order, their email address, and the new size(s) they would like.

RETURNS

Please read ALL of the following:

  • We offer FREE RETURNS. We also take care of returns for a refund to your original method of payment (ie. credit card). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Merchandise must NOT have been WORN, WASHED or ALTERED; and MUST HAVE ORIGINAL HANG TAG ATTACHED.
  • If you would like to return an item, please email hello@bluesurfergirl.com, quoting your order #, within thirty (30) days from the date of receiving your order, so we can issue a Return Authorization # and a USPS return shipping label.
  • Please follow return instructions and do not send back without receiving shipping instructions.
  • There is no restocking fee for leggings, sports bras or shorts.

  • All returns are processed no more than 2-3 business days.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and will confirm if we are able to process your full refund.

We will refund the price of your item, including any taxes you were charged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible but no more than 1-3 business days upon receipt of your item(s) and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund after five business days, first contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is posted.
