Returns and Exchanges


Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days from the delivery date. Returns will be refunded to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We hope you love our garments, but if for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, simply email hello@bluesurfergirl.com. Please include your order confirmation number and shipping address and we will send you a free return shipping label.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and have the original hang tag attached. It must also be in the original packaging. In order to be able to process your refund, we will need either a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund may be provided:

  1. Any item not in its original condition or that is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
  2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after placing your order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and will confirm if we are able to process your full refund.

We will refund the price of your item, including any taxes you were charged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible upon receipt of your item(s) and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after five business days, first contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is posted.

If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please let us know by emailing hello@bluesurfergirl.com.

 Exchanges

If you need to exchange your item for another size or style, we will make every effort to accommodate you. However, due to the limited nature of our debut collection, we cannot guarantee that the item you request will be available. If your requested item is unavailable, we will provide a refund of your order.
