    • There is no charge for exchanges.
    • Customer pays to ship exchange(s) to Blue Surfer Girl.  Blue Surfer Girl pays to ship new exchanged item(s) back to customer.

    • We offer FREE RETURNS. We also take care of returns for a refund to your original method of payment (ie. credit card). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • If you would like to return an item, please email hello@bluesurfergirl.com, quoting your order #, within thirty (30) days from the date of receiving your order, so we can issue a Return Authorization # and a USPS return shipping label.
    • Please follow return instructions and do not send back without receiving shipping instructions.
    • There is no restocking fee for leggings, sports bras or shorts.

    • All returns are processed no more than 2-3 business days.

    REFUNDS

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and will confirm if we are able to process your full refund.

    We will refund the price of your item, including any taxes you were charged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Refunds will be processed as soon as possible but no more than 1-3 business days upon receipt of your item(s) and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

    If you haven’t received a refund after five business days, first contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is posted.

    When will my order ship out?  We hand make our items to order.  During busier times we require 2-6 business days to complete an order.

    Will I receive tracking information?  Yes, when your order ships out you will receive an email with your tracking information.  Please keep an eye on your spam folder.

    Why haven’t I received my tracking information?  Please allow up to 6 business days for us to complete your order.  If it has been longer than 6 business days, and you have checked your spam folder, then please email us at hello@bluesurfergirl.com. and we will resend your tracking.

Best leggings!

I can’t brag enough about these leggings. I have tried so many different, high end brands. But I never was as happy as I am with this purchase. Feels like my second skin, no irritation from long wear day, no folds in the waist like it happens with some high waisted ones. Very light and super stretchable. Can’t be happier.

Awesome instructor pants

As a cycle instructor- it’s important to me that what I wear stays up AND flatters my mid section. I’m a mom of three so a tad squishy in the middle. I need a pant that will stay up without the elastic band squeezing into my waist. These feel soft and light with an additional piece of fabric at the top compressing my midsection in a flattering way making me look and feel fit/confident. I’d order a size down from what you’d typically wear. The fabric is very forgiving but still supportive.

Awesome leggings

I ordered the black leggings and thought they looked like they might be too small but when I tried them on , I loved how they fit . Very lightweight but not see through . Gives support but did not feel tight. I would definitely buy again .
